Facebook finally rolled out an official Facebook Messenger for Windows. This Facebook messenger is like the
Google Talk and the Yahoo messenger. Now, you dont need to go to Facebook.com on your browser to chat with friends. Facebook messenger is a free software for Windows. I think this is really a great tool for everyone ‘cos ever since the Facebook introduced Facebook chat, people were in search of a windows chat client so that, they dont need to go to their browser for chatting. I always thought about having a desktop messenger for Facebook. Usually people use third party facebook messenger and I literally saw some of my friends whose facebook account got banned or suspended for using such unofficial messenger apps. Anyway finally, Facebook officially rolled out a good and lite weight messenger app. Today, I am going to tell you how to download official Facebook messenger and guide you through installation procedure.
How To Install facebook messenger for windows
1. First, you have to go to the
official Facebook Download page. There click on the Install Now option.
2. Now, a small file will be downloaded to your computer. Double click on that file and install the app.
3. Now you can see a window pop up on the screen as you see on the picture below. Enter your facebook email id and the password to continue with the messenger.
